Cancellation/Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a $300 service fee (per attendee). Registrants who cancel before December 30, 2017 will receive a refund of payment minus the service fee. Registrants who cancel after December 30, 2017 can have their payment credited toward the next OR Business Management Conference, minus the service fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations.

VIP Code Policy:

VIP codes cannot be combined with additional discounts. VIP codes are not applicable on previously invoiced registrations.

Attendance Policy:

Attendance as a general attendee at this event is reserved for surgical services managers, directors, business and operations managers, supply chain managers, registered nurses, financial analysts, and all other perioperative leaders for continuing education purposes. Vendors, service providers, and manufacturers are encouraged to register as a sponsor or exhibitor, which includes access to the general sessions and networking events. If you are identified as a potential sponsoring/exhibiting company, you will be contacted by a member of our team regarding sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities.
